Local Data Storage

Some data (such as progress, settings, and cached quizzes) is stored locally on your device for offline access. Clearing app data or uninstalling will remove this local information.

We never sell your data. We only share limited information with secure service providers—such as analytics, cloud storage, or payment processors—under strict confidentiality and data-protection terms.

Your Choices & Requests

• Account deletion: Email coach@itexamcoach.com and we’ll verify and delete cloud-stored personal data we control, except where retention is required by law.
• Data access/correction: Contact us for a copy or correction where feasible.
• Emails: We don’t send promotional marketing emails. You may still receive essential transactional messages (e.g., receipts, critical account notices).

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
